Sixteen years in the banking industry certainly prepared Susan for any customer service position.  And Susan claims that as a receptionist at Redmond Vet Clinic, her people skills are constantly improving.  This is partly because of  RVC's continous training to improve team work and customer service.  All of this is fine with her because her favorite part of working here is the interaction between our clients and their  pets.

Susan grew up in the small community of Fossil, Oregon and during the summer months worked as a nanny.  She and her husband have lived in Central Oregon for twelve years.  They enjoy gardening, camping, hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing and most of all being grandparents. 

Susan is a member of the AKC (American Kennel Club)  and in the past was very involved with 4-H when her children were younger.  Currently, she still keeps busy taking care of her horse, 2 cats, 3 dogs and 3 rabbits.  Her favorite is their cat, "Tux", who keeps her entertained with his antics and comforts her with his unconditional love.  She says that he is like Prozac with fur!

Susan has developed a love for the South Pacific and dreams of someday spending alot of her retirement years there.
