In January 2005, Anita was a  Dressage Trainer riding for local horse owners out in the cold snowy weather.  In February 2005, she decided to come to work as a Vet Tech inside our warm clinic atmosphere.  Even though Anita came from an equestrian background, she enjoys working with all the various animals and learning new things. 

To learn more about Vet Teching, Anita takes online technician courses as often as she can.  She says that the combination of the classes and the hands on experience here at RVC have helped her gain a better understanding of veterinary medicine.

Anita still enjoys training horses whenever she gets a chance to.  She is also an accomplished pianist and artist, (even though she won't admit it!)  When she is not being creative, you might find her camping with her husband and two children.
