We would like to thank you and your assistant Tiffany. It is not easy to lose a best friend like Grace of 14 years. We are so lucky to have known such a devoted animal to us. We are grateful for your quiet, gentle demeanor that day. Words really can't express our feelings. We were truly moved by the beautiful wooden box with Grace's remains inside.
