Thank you for purchasing your prescription from Redmond Veterinary Clinic. 

• All new prescriptions require a physical examination prior to filling.  Refill requests may require approval of a doctor prior to dispensing.  By law a medication can only be dispensed when there is a current doctor/patient/client relationship.  Redmond Veterinary Clinic defines this as having seen the animal/ranch within at least an 18 month period in order to fill a prescription. 
• Refills may require additional diagnostics (view medication monitoring parameters) to be performed prior to being dispensed.  These precautions are put in place in order to insure the health and safety of your animal.
