Cassee Terry - Veterinarian
Cassee was born the eldest of five kids, and raised in Central Oregon where her first job was changing irrigation handlines. After graduating from Redmond High School in 1996, she attended Corban University where she played both volleyball and basketball, and received a BS degree in Health Science and Mathematics. She then went on to Oregon and Washington State Universities' Colleges of Veterinary Medicine.
After graduating Vet School, Cassee spent the summer in Alaska as a King Salmon fishing guide; and the fall elk hunting in Oregon before returning to Redmond where she joined RVC in 2005 to practice small and large animal medicine. Cassee is member of the American Endurance Ride Conference, American Bucking Stock Association, and the Central Oregon Veterinary Medical Association. Her special interests include alternative medicine, large animal medicine, and surgery. The parts Cassee most enjoy about working at Redmond Vet Clinic are all the people that she gets to work with, and the wide range of animals she gets to treat.
Outside of the vet clinic, Cassee stays busy with her family, furry critters, and numerous activities including hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping, trap-shooting, and other outdoor activities. Her community involvement includes being a member at Highland Baptist Church, an FFA community member, an Essential Oils Wellness Advocate, and Classical Conversations Homeschool Group.
She married Will Terry, a local builder, in 2006; and they have two wonderful daughters, Tabitha and Joslynn. Other members of Cassee's family include Sunny, and Stormy, the cats; her yellow labs, Nike and Teva; Cowboy, Jasper, and Dwayne, the horses; several pigs; Clucky, Little Red, Miny, and Honey Roo, the chickens; Buck Bunny, the rabbit; Hope and Faith the goats; and Twinkle Sparkle the betafish.
