Pet Health Information & Education
Education of our clients is a Cornerstone Value for our entire staff. We desire and enjoy sharing current and accurate information regarding the health or illness of your animal(s). Please take advantage of the multitude of options we provide.
Call Us (541) 548-1048
We love phone calls. It is our aim to address phone calls at the time you contact us or certainly before the end of each day. We believe that a phone conversation is a great way to help gather the information and share our thoughts regarding the care of your pet. In some cases we may be able to assist over the phone, however, there is no substitute for a physical exam and we may recommend an appointment so we may better help.
One step better than a phone call is a personal visit. We'd love to share a cup of coffee with you and are always happy to share with you face to face. Of course, we apologize in advance, if we are currently in an appointment or surgery. We remember fondly the "good ole days" when clients would stop by and we could sit down and just "catch up". We still believe that the "good ole days" are still here!
Avoid "phone tag" and communicate with us through email. In many instances, this may be the quickest way to communicate with you. Send us photos or videos that might help us with issues your pet may be experiencing. We have hundreds of documents that we can send to you that may help. Staff members email addresses may be found on the staff page.

New Responsive Designed Website
We have recently completed a complete new redesign of our website that allows the site to responsively expand or condense to whatever sized screen you have. Easy to navigate on your desktop, tablet, or smartphone. The design was created to have the feel of an "App" to allow easy navigation to our current animal health recommendations.
The Small Animal Care (Dogs, Cats, Birds, Reptile, and Small mammals) and Large Animal Care (Horses, Cattle, Llamas/Alpacas, Sheep/Goats, Pigs) Icons allow clients to quickly view Wellness Care, Illness Care, or End of Life Care information on their specific animal.
We have a number of forms that can be completed at home to expedite and assist in your animals care. We highly encourage clients to complete the Pre-Examination Review prior to each Wellness Consultation so that our doctors have a full history of your pets current care.
