​Compassion
At the heart of our service is a staff that genuinely loves and cares for our guests. Staff members are trained to practice proper handling and restraint techniques.


Appearance/Appetite
Guests are Cleaned and Brushed as necessary
Fresh water and food are provided or withheld, as appropriate, for the care of the patient


Recreation
Boarding Guests are walked 3 times a day in a large enclosed run


Environment
A clean, disinfected and comfortable environment is paramount to our boarding guests care.

Questions

How much supervision will my pet receive?
Boarding Guests are greeted each morning by 7:00am and are under the supervision of our Animal Care Attendants throughout the day until approximately 8:00pm

How sanitary is the facility?
Housing environments are cleaned and disinfected twice daily for the safety and comfort of our guests

Is veterinary care readily available?
Veterinary Care is available at a moments notice throughout the business day. Special needs and treatments are provided by our well trained staff. Patients are unattended during the evening hours after 7pm and prior to 7am.


What are the vaccination requirements?
Disease prevention for our guests is vital to our care. We require current DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies vaccines for dogs and FVRCP and Rabies vaccines for cats.

How much space is there for my pet to move around or rest?
Dog boarding environments can range from in size
 ​​from cages to runs.  Dogs have access to outdoor recreation that is partially covered if weather is poor.   

​Cats have access to larger cages and ability to roam in our cat room supervised.

Saturday                          8am - 12pm

Clients will have access to one of our doctors for consultations by contacting (541) 548-1048.   Emergencies may be referred for patients needing critical care or immediate diagnostics.   A list of Emergency Practices can be found here.
